We want to thank our good friend Mike Wilson for standing in for us as we seek a replacement--we would love to make him a permanent member of our ministry, but he doesn't feel God leading him this way. We understand, and would simply like to express our gratitude for all that he is and has been to us!
The candidate that we are looking for as a bass player should be, first and foremost, a Christian with a good testimony, and one who understands our ministry. By that, we wish to convey that we do not play for popularity, financial gain, or to become a professional group. Our sole desire is to uplift the name of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, and bring honor and glory to Him! We are thankful that God has allowed us to play for Him. We are "Victory Strings," a bluegrass gospel group. Our group consists of acoustic guitar, banjo or mandolin, bass guitar, and vocalists. God has bonded us together in friendship and love for spiritual music.
Our mission is to serve the Lord through the ministry of music, predominantly in the local church and other venues as the Lord opens up to us. We seek to honor our Lord with the talents He has given to us, and to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
